Sayonara Party

It is so nice to have friends...  On Sunday the 23rd our friends and family gathered at our place to wish us well as we prepare to leave Southern California for our new lives in Japan.  The gathering was a combination party and yard sale.  Yumiko and I placed price tags on most of our possessions and many of these were purchased at the party, saving us the trouble of putting these items in storage and giving us the satisfaction that our many of our treasures are going to the folks most close to us.
